Install Deudores step by step.

Follow these steps to install and activate Deudores on your computer.

Install on Mac

Choose your Mac installer

On your purchase page, choose Mac — arm64 (Apple silicon) or Mac — x86_64 (Intel). In the  menu → About This Mac, “Apple silicon” means arm64 and “Intel processor” means x86_64. Requires macOS 15 or later.

Open the .dmg file

Drag Deudores to the folder Applications and open it there.

Activate your license

Paste the key you received with your purchase and choose “Activate license”. You need internet for activation and downloading new versions.

This release is not notarized by Apple. If macOS prevents opening it, keep the file and email [email protected] for help.

If Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”

SmartScreen may display this warning because the installer is not digitally signed and Windows does not yet recognize its reputation. An unknown publisher warning alone does not mean Defender detected a virus.

Before opening it, confirm the filename is Instalador_Deudores.exe and that you downloaded it through the secure link shown after your Deudores purchase was confirmed.
In “Windows protected your PC”, choose More info and then Run anyway. The wording may vary between Windows versions.

If Windows Security or your antivirus reports a virus, trojan or unwanted software, do not run or allow it. Cancel and email [email protected].

If “More info” or “Run anyway” is unavailable, cancel installation and contact us. Do not disable your antivirus or SmartScreen.

Install on Windows

Download the installer

Return to the download page and choose “Download for Windows”.

Run the file

Open Instalador_Deudores.exe from your Downloads folder.

Complete installation

Follow the installation wizard and open Deudores when it finishes.

Activate your license

Copy your key, paste it into Deudores and choose “Activate license”. You need internet for this first activation.

Start using Deudores

Once activated, your license is linked to this computer. You can add your first debtor.
